This enchanting 17th Century inn is in the hamlet of Rudge, just 10 miles from the City of Bath, 4 miles from Longleat. The Full Moon has been providing a refuge to locals and visitors alike for hundreds of years.
It has earned itself reputation for fine food and comfortable accommodation, as well as the hospitality that it offers to guests old and new. The award winning Full Moon serves wonderful food from an extensive and varied menu, has a friendly bar serving local ales. More recently, beautiful self-catering cottages and an indoor pool have been added which all guests staying overnight are welcome to use.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Directions to the Full Moon - We are 3 miles from Frome, 3 miles from Warminster, 4 miles from Trowbridge and 2 miles from Westbury. From Bath - Take A36 southbound towards Warminster. At Standerwick, turn left immediately after The Bell pub. Follow the country lane for about 1 mile. The Full Moon is in the centre of the village. From Warminster - Take A36 northbound towards Bath. At Standerwick, turn right immediately before The Bell pub. Follow the country lane for about 1 mile. The Full Moon is in the centre of the village. From Trowbridge - Take A361 westbound towards Frome. Stay on A361 through villages of Southwick and Rode. Approximately 200 yards after exiting Rode, turn left (sign posted Rudge). Follow the country lane and turn left at the T-junction. The Full Moon is approximately 1 mile down on the left hand side.
